Where to start……..

I saw Laura Novak talk about building a vision. I want to thank her for the idea to get a PR person a couple weeks back. I did and it is the best thing I’ve ever invested in business wise.

I saw Marcus Bell speak about the Power of images. His photographs have always taken my breath away and it was great to finally meet him. Even if it was @ 3am in the Hotel lobby bar. Did you think of Carrot?
Jeff and Julia Woods inspired me with their business ideas and their imagery.
Jessica Clair of Shoot Sac fame spoke about defining yourself and “Shameless self promotion” – This is something I need to work on!

Steve and Jen Bebb their photography has always made me work harder. It was great to finally meet you both. Go team Canada! I hope we can make the Ontario Bebbinar happen.

Jesh de Rox you my friend blew my mind. You’re a philosopher, a big thinker and I thank you for it. I will be making my 2008 resolution to “let go of what I know”. I was there once and then I got caught up in the digital age. Thank you for reminding me to be me. I will feel love every time I think of you.

Krystal Radlinski you are one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Thank you for being so kind to me when I thought I had lost my husband. Especially when the ambulance showed up and I thought I was going home alone. And even though I’m, back on dial up, I will be looking up Trogdoor on UTUBE!

Michael from Phototerra thank you for being my mentor. I think I gained more from our 4am conversation than I did our 1/2 hour session. When are we going to shoot for each other?
Heather MacEachern from HRM and Eric. Thanks for hanging with Bill and I every night and making the convention more of a vacation than a business trip. This time we shouldn’t wait 7 years to hang out again!

What else can I say. There were so many other great people that I met. Tony Hewitt, Mat Radlinski, Karla Fountain ,Lars Scwartz, Karoline Balash, Ron Rader only to name a few.

It was one of my greatest networking trips to date.

Thanks to all of you who made me feel at home.

Nikki and Al were married on a very cold day in December.

They were up for anything so we ended up at Timeless Materials in Waterloo.

This is Magnus the Mini Shar-pei. Who in my mind is a mythical creature.

He is my assistant Lisa’s new puppy. And he is a sweet heart.

Now Tampa.

I will be in Tampa for a convention starting today.

I won’t be arriving back in the office until the 14th.
